Our Methodology

In all of our consulting projects, our emphasis is always on three major areas.

• Cost-effectiveness: that is, we focus on assisting the institution in meeting its technology needs in the most cost-effective ways: every technology dollar spent must bring the maximum benefit possible.
   

• Involvement: that is, in order to generate support and enthusiasm for technology initiatives, we believe that it is always necessary to seek to involve the right people every step of the way and to generate as much consensus as possible.
   

• Self-sufficiency: that is, we believe that it is in the institution’s best interests to quickly get to the point where it no longer needs outside assistance. Our activities are always, therefore, designed to enhance in-house expertise and capabilities.
