About Us - Overview
The mission of Edutech
International is to provide management consulting, technical services
and support, and publications to institutions of higher education. Since
our founding as a professional partnership in 1984, we have been
committed to assisting colleges and universities with the complex issues
involved with decision-making and the implementation of information
technology. Our knowledge of, and experience with, the very special
environment of educational institutions, as well as our expertise in
technical matters of all kinds, make us unique in the field of
consulting.
Serving higher education by providing consulting, technical, and
publication services is our only business. Edutech is committed to
building partnerships with higher education institutions for the purpose
of assisting with the complex issues associated with the planning and
implementation of technology in an educational environment.
We are completely
independent
Edutech International has no
affiliation with any hardware, software, or outsourcing vendors or
suppliers; we are a completely independent company offering only advice,
consultation, and publications (we take no advertising in any of our
publications). Our goal is always to help the institution make the best
decisions possible according to its own criteria; we have no stake,
financial or otherwise, in what those decisions ultimately turn out to
be.
